Who we are

This website is run by A-1 Trenchless Water & Sewer Repair Services LLC, based in Damascus, MD. You can reach us at (301) 254-8401 or a1trenchless@yahoo.com.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email if you give it, street address or ZIP code, the service you chose, your description of the problem, your preferred contact time and any photos you attach.

When you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, plus your phone number or email address.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, give you an estimate and schedule and do the work.
• To keep records of the work we did at your property.
• To understand which parts of the website are useful and improve them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the website. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Our website host, which serves the pages and processes form submissions.
• Resend, an email delivery service that sends your quote request to our inbox.
• Google, for Google Analytics. If you choose to load the map on our contact page, Google Maps also loads from Google.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, answer questions about past work and meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The map on our contact page does not load until you click to show it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact us at a1trenchless@yahoo.com or (301) 254-8401.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

Our site links to places like Google, Facebook and Yelp. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
